Having a problem with my remote starter. The battery in the remote goes out after a couple of weeks. They replaced the batteries, reprogrammed the computer for the second time. Will have wait and see if that fixed the problem. Changed the key to the other one to see if that helped.

Took a few visits to get them to figure out what was up with my truck. But figured out it needed a new shifter. When waiting for that to come in the check engine light came on for emissions so that got fixed also.

They repaired transmission lines and flush out transmission. They were also repairing a tire that was leaking. Most of it well the transmission and flush went well. The tire couldnt be repaired, the tire will need to be replaced in the future.

I called the service department to inquire if they could replace my battery and if they had one in stock. So, I could schedule a time to get the work done. They asked if I could bring it down in 1 1/2 hours that very day. I did and they performed the work in 1 hour. I paid the bill and was on my way. Very polite staff that are very accommodating.

I pass 3 GMC dealerships to come to Greater Lowell GMC from my house. Here is why. I’m always treated with respect, kindness and a sincere wanting to help and do the right thing. On Sunday my tire warning light came on in my truck. You could see it was losing air. I went to a tire store to maybe get it repaired. First they told me I drive on it while it was flat. That was a lie. Then they said it was punctured in the side wall. Lie number two. I had them put the spare on it for me. Monday morning I called greater Lowell ‘s service dept at 7:00 am when they opened. They answered the phone right away and had me come in at 9:30. Took me in right away and found the puncture. It was in the tread. Fixed it and $25 later I was back in the road. They are always honest an very friendly and so professional. I can’t thank them enough.

I scheduled an oil change and asked to check my tire, continuously losing air. When I left, my dashboard wasn’t reset to show the oil percentage, I had to go back to get it reset. It was an easy fix and customer service was very friendly.

Service was great. They understood my issues and had my car out within a few hours. My issue is when I got in my car there was grease on the door panels front and back of my car. Grease foot prints on my rug in the back seat and on my roof due to the tech needed to fix my back sunroof clamp where you can close the shade. it was broken.
