I love the customer service there. I was there for my first oil change and Angel (who sold me the car). Took care of an issue I had regarding car mats and I needed touch up paint for a little scratch. I wasn’t even there for that but he asked if everything was taken care of. It wasn’t but he made sure that before I left I had everything I needed. Top notch customer service alway!

Same as always.....excellent customer service!! In a time where customer service seems to have gone away. The Greater Lowell Service department along with Chris and Eric at the service desk continue to excel. There are 4 GM dealerships within a few miles of my home that are much easier and more convenient for me to get to. But I continue to drive the 15-16 miles to get the service they provide.
