Confirmed Service Customer
I pass 3 GMC dealerships to come to Greater Lowell GMC from my house. Here is why. I’m always treated with respect, kindness and a sincere wanting to help and do the right thing. On Sunday my tire warning light came on in my truck. You could see it was losing air. I went to a tire store to maybe get it repaired. First they told me I drive on it while it was flat. That was a lie. Then they said it was punctured in the side wall. Lie number two. I had them put the spare on it for me. Monday morning I called greater Lowell ‘s service dept at 7:00 am when they opened. They answered the phone right away and had me come in at 9:30. Took me in right away and found the puncture. It was in the tread. Fixed it and $25 later I was back in the road. They are always honest an very friendly and so professional. I can’t thank them enough.
