We needed unplanned service, in the form of a new battery. We very much appreciate, that, while the service department was fully booked, they managed to get our Acadia back to us by the end of the day. Great service!

Service was good. Customer service was meh. We had to question the bill and advocate for answers and justification as to why the cost was so incredibly high. This was met with irritation and defiance by the individual at the service desk.

Needed an Inspection sticker before the New Year. Stopped in and was welcomed and told to have a seat in the waiting room and they took care of it. Done, paid and gone in less than half an hour. I was wished Happy New Year by everyone I came in contact with.

Having a problem with my remote starter. The battery in the remote goes out after a couple of weeks. They replaced the batteries, reprogrammed the computer for the second time. Will have wait and see if that fixed the problem. Changed the key to the other one to see if that helped.
