I called the service department to inquire if they could replace my battery and if they had one in stock. So, I could schedule a time to get the work done. They asked if I could bring it down in 1 1/2 hours that very day. I did and they performed the work in 1 hour. I paid the bill and was on my way. Very polite staff that are very accommodating.
