The work they did was fine, but the major concern for me was that I had my vehicle in about 2 weeks prior for standard oil change and service. They claim to do the full multi-point inspection at each service. My vehicle had some chattering when braking, so I brought it back and the service manager said my front brakes were well past needing to be replaced and the rear were gone as well. The front was so bad that the rotors were warped from the heat. He seemed very surprised that the technicians did not tell me the brakes needed to be replaced when I was in 2 weeks prior. To make matters worse, my front end is still pulsing/thumping at low speeds, which I am wondering now if it was caused by the heat created from not having front brake pads essentially. I actually mentioned the thumping/pulsing to them when I brought it in for the brake issue, but no mention of it after they road tested and returned the vehicle to me after replacing the brakes.
