I made my 8am appointment online, dropped off my car the night before. And my car was ready way before the time I requested! Picking it up was easy and I was in and out!

I love this place! I had a bit of a hard time with one of the service guys that answers the phone and takes all of the info, provides updates and so on! I spoke with Jim ( manager). And he right away took care of my issue! They always treat us like friends/family and they really appreciate our return business. My car was fixed and is running as good as new! I highly recommend coming for service or purchasing a new car! We would never go anywhere else!

Great service start to finish. First time at Greater Lowell I brought my truck in for an issue with the exhaust and a software update. The service guys got me in right on time, confirmed my concern with the exhaust, ordered the parts, completed the update and had me out the door quickly. Highly recommend.
