Confirmed Service Customer
My car fan kept running when I turned off the car. Had Roadside Assistance tow the car to Greater Lowell Buick on Sunday night. Monday morning the Tech found that a valve was stuck replaced the assembly and valve and installed a new battery. On Tuesday, fan kept running when car turned off, brought it back to the dealership. They found it was the fan relay and replaced it. We are a one car family so when the car wasn't working, we needed to have a vehicle. The dealership found us a car to use while my car was in the shop. This sounds like a lot of hassle, however, it was not, because we had excellent service. The people that work the desk are wonderful and the mechanics great! It's always a pleasant visit.

thx for the oil change and help with warranty items Eleanor went above and beyond trying to resolve and ONSTAR issue - GM please allow the customer to change or delete the WIFI (SSID) in our vehicles. I called onstar only to be told the only way to change was sell the truck ????

I was going out of town and really needed service and said absolutely, what time can you get here. I was greet by Eric and he remembered me and called me by name. Was gratefully so surprised had some warranty work done some in the front end and was expecting to battle with warranty co. Like I've done before ,but Chris , expert service writer went to work and got everything covered and the master mechanics did the other work in under quoted price !!😊 Can't say enough about the people that work there You don't have a dealership without all the right people putting in 100%

I brought my truck there for an oil change and also informed the about an nep msg I kept getting on my dashboard and they said it was all set and as soon I drove away the message popped up again, also I told them I had a coupon for a $99.00 oil change service and they charged me $129,00 and few other things I wasn’t to impressed by it but I’m not gonna get into it.

My car would not start. I called Lowell Buick and they dispatched a car right away to pick me up and then my car was taken to the dealer. a new battery was placed in my car and it was ready to go within a very short period of time. The car started immediately, and I was back in business. Everyone was very helpful and the job was completed in record time. Bottom line Greater Lowell Buick is the best...ever...anywhere!
