Brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation, I marked one of my tires because I had a suspicion they weren’t rotating my tires, well my suspicion proved me correct ! They did not rotate the tires !

Dropped off my truck on Thursday the 29th at 745am for a 830 appointment. Gave the service desk my wife’s name and cell, I work overnights and figured I’d be sleeping so I had her be my voice. It came to 3:30pm and called. Spoke to a female receptionist and was told they were busy and would get a call back. She called two more times, total of 3, and was told she’d still get a call back. 5:30 comes. You close, my truck stays overnight. No one calls us to ask or to give any kind of update. I call at 7:01 Friday morning after I’m out of work. I get an apology that the mechanic lost track of time. He said give him and hour-hour and a half and we’ll get a call. My gets called at 10:00ish and was told the mechanic is going for a test ride and will update us as to the work that needs to be done. My wife calls at 2:50 on Friday because she still has not yet received a call. She’s told by female receptionist that my truck is ready, and service is gone. I arrive, service door is locked, I have to go through the show room. I didn’t get to speak to my service advisor about any work on my truck and was told by the manager to call on Monday, 7/3, so talk on speaker with all of them. I did not call, I didn’t have time to do so. Terrible communication. Never had a bad experience here since I’ve been coming in 2018. I still will go, unless my experiences continue to decrease in satisfaction.
