Everyone is super nice and hard working . However my parts were never ordered and I stayed for at least an hour and half to find this out but they did do an oil change . I would have preferred to come back and do it all in on shot instead of losing another Saturday.now I have to go back on another Saturday for another couple hours. Not too happy with that . But these guys do work their butts off

Pluses: The issues with my car were resolved. Chris was very professional and pleasant. Minus: My car was not ready on the day of the service. This happened the last two times I brought my car in. In both cases the car was there the night before and I had an early morning appointment yet when I called in the afternoon, they had not even looked at the car. Prices are very steep. It cost $2K to have a water pump and serpentine belt replaced. Labor alone was $1,400. Not a good experience when your car is not ready on the day of the appointment and the price for repair is extremely high.

Service was good. Customer service was meh. We had to question the bill and advocate for answers and justification as to why the cost was so incredibly high. This was met with irritation and defiance by the individual at the service desk.
