I needed rear brakes and tires for my Sierra. I called the service department on a Thursday and scheduled service for Tuesday. I chose to drop off my truck on Monday evening, Additionally, before I dropped my truck off, I called in on Monday afternoon and spoke to the service person; I asked about tires and was prepared to order them. I was left with the only choice from stock, which was over $1300.00. The "THE PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE" seemed that I would get a fair quote; the person I spoke with didn't offer any other effort to find the tires I was looking for, Goodyear LS. I'll go elsewhere for tires. On Tuesday at 4:30 in the afternoon, I had to call in to see if my truck was being worked on. The service person told me he had to call me back; it seemed they hadn't looked at it yet, and when he did call me, he told me what I already knew, which was I needed rear brakes; he also told me it was getting late, so could I leave it with them, so I rescheduled my work and said yes. On Wednesday, I had to call again and ask for an update at approximately 3:45 PM. He told me he was just about to contact me and said the road test was taken, and there was a pulsation. If I wanted the front brakes, it might fix the problem; he didn't sound confident about this, so I declined and said I'd stop any additional service and pick it up. My new rear brakes are great, so I'm not unhappy with the repair. However, the comments are for management to be aware that there is a problem with service management. I've been there before, shopping for trucks and having a few oil changes, but this time really sucked, and I'm not sure I'll be back. Too bad I like local dealerships for new and used cars and love factory parts.... but!

Very nice and welcoming staff. I had an appointment at 9am and my car wasn't serviced until 10am, ending at 11am. The wait time could be improved upon.
