Fast courteous service.

Another fine job completed by the service department. Chris at service desk so to it my 2021 GMC thermostat issue was resolved in a day. GM should issue a recall for this well documented issue.

Chris at the service desk listened to what I thought was wrong. They checked it and found the problem. The problem was fixed. Very satisfied.

I purchased a GMC sierra 2500 from your dealership and Had a great experience. My salesman was Chris Propalski, he handled everything great with no high pressure. Even the person that sells extended warranty’s didn’t attempt to pressure me into things I didn’t want. That is the reason this is the third GMC Sierra I’ve purchased at Greater Lowell GMC.

They were really nice, my car had a light on that wasn't going away but each time i take it there, my technician Chris were always available to try everything they can to help me out and I'm soo grateful for them for doing that.

I dropped in without an appointment as I was in the area and they took me in and replace a part I order from the parts department. They also noticed that I needed a state inspection sticker so they did that for me too while I was there. It took less than an hour total and it save me from coming back another day great service department and always willing to help.!!

Recall successful done in time

Everybody was nice and usually the job done is good. However this time I came for a TPMS light issues, which was temporarily resolved but came back the next day. Will have to bring it in again.

Don’t expect to receive phone call or a text message when your vehicle is ready after an oil change. Make sure to call yourself otherwise you’ll be waiting all day.

I stopped in yesterday for the annual inspection of my 2011 Chevy hhr. I was in and out in less then thirty minutes. Everything went well and the Chevy did pass!

First oil change/tire rotation since getting truck. Previously had mazda that was serviced across the street at the dealership. Every oil change would come with the car being vacuumed and doors and dash wiped down. The car would also be washed. Greater lowell GMC not doing any of that and just putting gmc paper ontop of the dirty ground seems so cheap. Being outperformed by Mazda was a shock to me.

The service representatives were professional and treated your needs with a great deal of care. Also the turn around time was good.

I arrived and found out that my pick up ride had to cancel last minute. The staff was very accommodating and fit me in first so that I could get on with my day. I am very appreciative of the service staff

My appointment was at 11:00 and I got there minutes before. Two and a half later my oil change was finished. Then I had to deal with Barclays to use my reward points. Barclays had no idea what they were doing and finally got a supervisor which took another hour before my visit to my dealer was completed.Chris from the service department was the only part of my visit that was positive.

Service department helps out in any way they can. My car was running rough and they took it in and had a coil replaced in less than 24 hours. They really got me out of a bind.

I am trying to keep a 2014 GMC Acadia alive that has 216K on it and the are very understanding to do jobs at an affordable price. Greater Lowell GMC is the only place that’s serviced my Acadia since May 2021 when I purchased it. Excellent service and Chris at the front desk is exceptional. He knows his business and is very skilled on how to treat customers.

First one in at opening. Took car immediately and after service person arrived, did required work. Out in forty five minutes.

Came in for an inspection. Received a friendly welcome and told I was next in line. Represented pointed me to the waiting area. About 40 minutes later the representative reported all done and directed me to the cashier. Very nice experience!

Quick and good service

Drop my car off at 8:30am for Oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, replace wiper, inspection sticker, radios knob broken, and HUD display not saving settings. Did hear anything from dealership, so i called at 4:30 to see how it was going. They said they did the wipes and inspection sticker but he knob and HUD issue was beyond them and they had to call GMC. I asked about the other task, they said let me get back to you. 45 min later they called and said the oil change was done, but they wanted to keep the car overnight for the radio and HUD issue. I refused as i needed my car back. When i picked it up they only change the front wipers not the back one, no tire rotation, no cabin air filter replacement. I went to AI and asked about the HUD issue, AI said that its tied to the seat memory and all that was needed is to resave the seat setting. This worked. I'm very disappointed that i made an appointment for service, left the car all day, and didn't get everything requested done. The volume knob on the console is broken, not sure why they didn't notice this and just order a new part, the car is under warranty.

Lowell Gmc is the best around, from service to sales. I had dropped off my Arcadia for a coolant leak, they got me in the next day and identified the issue and resolved it the next day. Highly recommend!!

great until I was put in the room to sighn papers. then I was told about warentees. only problem was I couldn't afford one because it was never mentioned and I had a set about of money for monthly payments. now I have a truck and no extended warranty. thanks a lot. you suck.

Oh my God! New territory for me . My new GMC Sierra broke down with 30k miles. I was beside myself. Called Greater Lowell GMC and they said no problem, under warranty. YES. They called to update me and keep me informed. Offered me a replacement truck but I had one already. Picked my truck up and the manager (Chris) explained everything to me. Drove away with $0 payment.

Thought my first oils change was free. Not happy to be told it expired after 1 year and was charged $83 for it. I only have 8000 miles on the vehicle.

After my last visit, parts were ordered but no one called me to let me know that they had arrived. This visit went well but I am carefully watching my gps/radio to see if it was indeed fixed this time.

I scheduled my service ahead of time and chose to wait while my car was being worked on. The service advisor was friendly and helpful, and my car was ready in a reasonable amount of time, the cost was also very reasonable. Overall, it was a smooth positive experience and I would definitely return for future service.

Chris, Mike and Dave in the service department are second to none in customer service. You get the right diagnosis for a fair price but more importantly done right the first time. I had some warranty issues with my 2021 GMC Acadia and they worked with me for a time that was convenient for me even on the pick up day they made it easy for me to come when it was good for me. If you haven’t tried Greater Lowell Buick/GMC please give them a try! You will keep going back!

I have been using Greater Lowell GMC for oil change and repairs for five years. Always a great experience. Knowledgeable,friendly and courteous service staff. I will continue to be a customer.

Dropped of my vehicle at 7AM for a scheduled service, one that I was told should be about 2-3 hours. Call them at 1PM asking for a update and was told there working on it now, even though my appointment was for 7AM, but will be done within the hour. So after an hour with no call from them I get a ride down to the dealership because it should now be done. Well I get there and are told they need about another 45 minutes to be complete. Rather than getting my vehicle back around 10 like they told me I didn't get it back till after 3:30.

Treated like a king. Everything explained , which is important with all the electronics in this vehicle. U guys make car shopping easy. Thank you for all your help

Third vehicle I’ve purchased here. Did most of the transaction over the phone. It’s nice to know the people there and to trust the people you are doing business with. Really friendly group. Do I think that I got a smoking deal that I’m going to brag to all my friends about? No. But more importantly, do I feel like I left the dealership feeling dirty and like I need a shower? Also no! I got a solid offer on my trade that made sense, got the deals/rebates listed on GMC’s site. Did a few searches online and the price of the vehicle wasn’t out of whack. All in all a great experience, and when I’m ready for a new truck I’ll likely come back and get another!

They did fix my car, but I was without transportation for 3 and a half weeks. When I asked about a loaner vehicle, I was told there were none available. Very poor at keeping me updated, sometimes did not return my calls.
