I called last week to try and get my car in ASAP to have my front end looked at after a surprise failed inspection. Unfortunately there were no immediate openings to have a car diagnosed. I had to wait several days, but one the day of the appointment I dropped the car off around 9am. I told the them I needed the car back by 2pm and they made sure this happened. The car was diagnosed, and fixed before 12:30pm. I was able to go back to the inspection station and get the sticker replaced. Appreciate the quick turn-around.

Drop my truck off for service on Friday for a Saturday 8:00 am appointment. Call told me the truck is ready. I go to pick up and pay they forgot to change the oil so now I have to wait for them to put the truck back in took and 1.5 hours. I drop the truck off on Friday so I wouldn���t have to wait
