Needed to have my car towed to the dealership on Sat Feb. 14th, got a call back from service writer about what I needed and got my car back before the dealership closed at 1:00 pm. I was so happy with my service, well knowledgeable and polite. Service writer Dave was very considerate and well spoken, explained everything I needed to know. Thanks to everyone for the great service.

My low rating is due to an issue with this new vehicle. The service dept is run well and did their best to repair my 2021 Acadia. Unfortunately, after having my vehicle for 8 days they were unable to fix the issue causing the service lights to be on. I had this new vehicle for 5 weeks and it has only 772 miles on it. It appears that there is an electrical problem from the factory causing the Stabilitrak system to render the vehicle unusable. At this point the dealership is waiting for a GM engineer to assist with this repair. While I recognize that issues do happen, I am hopeful that GM will be able to either promptly repair this issue this week or replace this new vehicle without my having the need to utilize the Massachusetts Lemon law process.

I feel my receipt should be recalculated, it was way to much for an oil change & coolant flush / refill. over $ 300.00, ridiculous. And if my transmission doesn't have a drain plug, I would say that means it's a sealed unit, not to charge customers over $ 500.00 to drop the pan and mess with my factory sealed TRANSMISSION. so there for it probable will never be done, unless you guys float the bill. Just because I have a GMC does not mean I'm loaded with money. my loyalty brings no discounts to my mailbox, something to think about in these times.

I came into drop off for the next day. Service folks asked me to wait a few minutes because they have seen similar issues with other customers. My issue was yellow drippings in the snow. They determined it was normal exhaust condensation and I was on my way!
