Michael Moore, Jim, and Max were awesome help for me; they were wonderful! Michael remembered me from 4 years ago, Jim worked out the numbers for my turn in and my new lease, and Max was there to greet me when I got there on July 31st! I turned in my 2015 Buick Encore lease, and picked up my new 2018 Buick Encore; they had me out the door in less than 2 hours! I am very happy with Greater Lowell Buick GMC!!!!!
My experience was with service. Sandra was great! My oil light was on and I had an appt at noon but then had something come up with work and she squeezed me in. I was on the road in under an hour and got to my appt without having to worry that I would damage my car. Thank you for helping me! You made my day!!
We've been long-time customers of GL Buick GMC for good reason: They treat you fairly and with respect. Unlike many other dealerships, which tend to find expensive "issues" with your vehicle that don't really exist, they are really only interested in keeping your vehicle in great shape with repairs that are truly needed. And, when they do find legitimate needs for repair, they don't gouge you with exorbitant charges. That's what happened in this instance. Our 7-year-old Buick Enclave, which has been well-tended to by Buick over the years, finally hit a point at 150,000+ miles where a number of parts were starting to wear down: suspension issues like struts, shocks, etc. Of course, this would get expensive but, recognizing us as good, loyal customers, they worked with us as much as possible to keep our cost as reasonable as possible under the circumstances. To top it off, they are always incredibly friendly and likable people. As always, yet another great experience at GL Buick GMC!
