My vehicle was dropped off the night before for recall service (computer upgrade) and a wheel alignment. I also asked that the shifter be checked because I kept getting an alert on my dashboard to put the car in park although it was in park. They had the car 3 days and the shifter was not corrected yet. I needed the car for the weekend, so I was told I could pick it up and return it on Sunday evening and I would be the first repair done on Monday. This was not the case. I called at noon on Monday regarding the status of my vehicle and it wasn't even started yet. Needless to say, my vehicle was not ready until 5:00 PM on Monday. I was very disappointed.

Jim D'Antuono, Angel and Artie are always so amazing to deal with. I can't put into words how much I enjoy working with them and Greater Lowell Buick GMC. My experiences at Greater Lowell Buick GMC have always been hassle free, pleasant and welcoming. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I’m on my 3rd GMC truck lease and I’m looking forward to doing business with them again. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
I had an appointment in morning,I was all set took day of with out pay, on my way to appointment an the call an had to cancel. Mind I took day an no pay but 20 minutes before they canceled . So I had call back an get another appointment, take time off again. So I asked him if I could have a free oil change and they said no I said what about the inconvenience that I lost $600 of pay that day they said it was not make their problem that I have to reschedule and make another appointment for my truck was up for appointment also to get an oil change it and I said no oil change no tire rotation. Please put my heated seats and he asked why and I told him Because you lost $600 that they are mean so you’re gonna lose money on top of that so for a free oil change from my inconveniencing a tire rotation they probably lost a customer. I will be emailing the ownership on that otherwise before all this happened, they were OK .

everything was fixed on my car, very satisfied with Greater Lowell GMC they did a great job, it took a long time to get the chip for the heated and air conditioned seats, no fault to the dealership but total blame on Buick. I am very disappointed on how long it took, went through the summer with no air conditioned seats and most of the winter with no heated seats. Hopefully I will not have to deal with this again when purchasing a new truck.
