The service associate was very lax in communicating with me. My truck was there for warranty work. She stated that she didn’t know if it would be finished the same day and would be in touch. 5 hours later I had to call to find out the status of it. She also did offer a loaner car, I had to ask for it
This was the second vehicle I bought from Greater Lowell in the past year and had a great experience both times. Very transparent and straightforward. Without question I will be getting my next vehicle here.
