I scheduled an oil change and asked to check my tire, continuously losing air. When I left, my dashboard wasn’t reset to show the oil percentage, I had to go back to get it reset. It was an easy fix and customer service was very friendly.

Service was great. They understood my issues and had my car out within a few hours. My issue is when I got in my car there was grease on the door panels front and back of my car. Grease foot prints on my rug in the back seat and on my roof due to the tech needed to fix my back sunroof clamp where you can close the shade. it was broken.

I was told that you could get my GMC 2500 in the shop today and you would try to look at it. Two days later I received a quote for rear brake work, $2,100. I had AAA take to another GMC dealer who did the repairs for $995

Disappointed that I had made a 7am appt, so dropped the car the night before, and by 11:45 a.m I had not received an update/quote/etc. When I called my vehicle was just being put on the lift for the first time so there was no information available to me until after 3pm! So the work (needed parts) was not able to be completed that day. When asked the timeframe it was unclear. The quote given to me was almost $100 more than a local garage I have started to use so I had to call off the repair and went elsewhere. The guys in service (Eric and Chris) are great. They are always friendly, but this experience was surely a disappointment. I am also STILL waiting on a recall part for a faulty airbag that has been months. No sense of timeframe on that either. Totally prefer using the dealership for my car service, but experiences like this make it hard to come back.

I love the customer service there. I was there for my first oil change and Angel (who sold me the car). Took care of an issue I had regarding car mats and I needed touch up paint for a little scratch. I wasn’t even there for that but he asked if everything was taken care of. It wasn’t but he made sure that before I left I had everything I needed. Top notch customer service alway!
