Poor communication, truck was in for a day and a half when I called for an update. Was told I���d get an update in 1hour. I called back 3 hours later and was told it was being looked at and I would get a call back. Finally after 2full days at 5 pm on Friday!! I was called back and got what I consider the nuclear or thermo-nuclear options only. I declined both and was told I couldn���t get my truck back until Monday because it was too late.
