The service team has always been outstanding every time I have a problem, although I'm a little concerned about the exhaust valve spring that broke causing intake damage that happened last week. Is this something that happens often ? I've been a Ford guy my entire life but decided to make a change to GM, this is the first GMC I've ever owned and now having second thoughts about my decision to move away from Ford after nearly 40 years. Again the team at Greater Lowell has always been awesome getting any issue taken care of in a very timely manner.
My experience was totally positive! My salesman, Angel, was super in getting me to a place where I could buy the car. I've been dealing with this Dealership since 1984, and have changed from Pontiac to Buick just to stay with them. They have always tried to accommodate me, so I feel comfortable and not pressured. A++++++++!
Overall I was very satisfied. The only DISAPPOINTMENT was after the deal was made and the CASH payment in full was made I asked if they would put in a set of the tinterow floor mats that you retail for around $179.00 and I denied. If my wife wasn't I probably would have walked away with my cash still in my checking account!
I went in at 8 am Saturday in hopes of getting oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. I explained that I could come back at anytime that day as I am less than 15 minutes away. Eric explained that he had four 8 am appointment and 3 techs at the moment. I ask what time would be good and he asked how about 11. I said perfect. I came back at 11 and within 45 minutes my service was done and my truck was washed in addition to my service request. Great response and great service.Thank you.
