Great service start to finish. First time at Greater Lowell I brought my truck in for an issue with the exhaust and a software update. The service guys got me in right on time, confirmed my concern with the exhaust, ordered the parts, completed the update and had me out the door quickly. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience I had my car towed in because it overheated. It was diagnosed within 2 days and repaired rather quickly. The cost was more than I expected But it was done right and that is most important. It was not given to me washed which surprised me because they do that when I have the oil changed. But a thousand dollar repair does not go as far as it use to. JK
