Service department had absolutely no interest in fixing my truck. Just wanted to change the oil (so they could charge me for something) and tell me everything was fine. They lied about transmission temperature, they said it was running under 200 F when they “test drove” it. I drove it 7 minutes down the street after I picked it up and it was running 250 F. This service center is a jiffy lube with a GMC logo. Absolutely incompetent.
