Chris was great to deal with. I am an 80 year old disable veteran and Chris clearly understood what my situation was. I was able to upgrade my 10 year old truck to something that closely emulated my 2014 Z71. Needless to say, GM made changes that aren't necessarily in the best interest of the consumer. My old truck had a remote starter and step railing to make it easier for a disable veteran to climb into, there were no bells and no whistles, as they say. I have been GM loyal since I was 16 years old, and it was nice to see that the steering wheel came with the vehicle and not as an option. In any event, Chris exceeded my expectations. He should be in the corporate office and not on the sales floor. Thank you Chris and thank you for acknowledging my military service. Veterans would definitely appreciate Chris, he is a true professional.

Dropped off on Christmas, afternoon, Chris told me they have there BEST tech on the project, which they did, Numerous Check engine codes on the GMC app, as well the Coolant fans on High speed, after a few days, resolved and on my Way, Chris introduced me to the (Owner Mike) Nice chat about my next GMC, Great bye the way

Kept vehicle for extended period of time. Additionally, there was lack of detail in the description of what type of valve was replaced. Also, my mileage in and my mileage upon pick up had about 75 mile discrepancy. Like they drove my car more than the 2 miles documented on check out paperwork.
