Are you kidding? We have a GMC Arcadia SLT, our driver side seat was broken during a new tire tire installation at Costco in NH. The seat was broken by mistake and they could not fix the problem so it was urgent to get the seat fixed for safety reasons. Costco said they would pay for repairs so I immediately called GMC service and spoke to the service manager which made every effort to take me ASAP so he could at least look at it the problem. I arrived 45 minutes later and after the team debugged the broken switch problem, it was repaired with a new switch immediately with in 2 hours for less than $300 dollars. We were VERY HAPPY and will continue to bring any challenge on our vehicle.
