The Service Manager was absolutely phenomenal. He provided a loaner vehicle and it was a good experience. However, I wanted to commend him to the Sales/General Manager, but telephone operator at GLBG was not very helpful, or attentive; she asked my name then just transferred me to the Managers voice mail. I did not leave a message. If I had any constructive criticism, because I did not get a call from Service until approximately 4:00pm, I assumed that I would have the loaner for another day and it was not convenient to pick up my vehicle in the time frame from 4:00pm to 7:30pm. Further, the Service Department was closed when I picked up my vehicle and there was no personnel to direct me to the cashier.
