Confirmed Service Customer
The Service that was performed was good, took a little longer than expected due to the large scope of work. There was an issue that occurred when the Mechanic while test driving my vehicle was involved in an accident where damage occurred to the passenger's side of my vehicle. There were no injuries reported. I just got my vehicle back from my Body Shop. I will be meeting with the Service Manager at Great Lowell G.M.C. to discuss this issue going forward.
