I’ve been a very satisfied customer at this establishment for 7 years and have never experienced anything like I did on my last visit. I went in for oil change , tire rotation and air in my tires. Expressed my concern to the gentleman at the desk, the fact that my windows were fogging up and I had tried everything and need to know what I was doing wrong. Told him that this happen to me on a dark road and couldn’t see anything in front of me. I was told by him to put on my defroster and jack up the fans. I did that, it didn’t work He would have the mechanics check on defrosters. Came back everything was fine. I asked the mechanic what I should be doing and he told me to turn on heat and defrosters, shut off a/c. That worked! On my bill it says “rotate tires as needed” I asked for them to be rotated, were they or weren’t they? I asked if they had put air in my tires, was told yes. They did not, they read 34, 34, 34, 33, the same pressure as I came in with. When I went back in, I was told yes they did put air in my tires and the pressure was suppose to be 34, I told him no air was put in my tires and it was suppose to be 35 not 34. He then took it in the garage were I saw the mechanic put air in my tires and the tires came back 35 on all four, which is the recommended pressure on door of vehicle. After all that, he told me that “I had the attitude and I didn’t have to come back for service.
