Overall good experience. I was waiting for my part to come in for over 2mths. Thankfully the part came in on 2.9.24 and was going to come in for an oil change the next day and Eric called me to let me know the part was in and offered to fix the car a day early and also do my oil change and offered a loaner. This was great news. I explained the issue of my thermostat started at 60K and asked if they were offer any discount/help with cost due to just got out of warranty and they were able to offer a discount 200.00. Overall good experience and happy my Acadia is now running at full capacity. Car was ready same day!
