I realized on Sunday that it was the last day for my inspection sticker. I went to the service department and I was greeted with a handshake and was asked how they could help me. I asked about getting a new inspection sticker. They said no problem and took my keys. I went into the waiting room and in 20 minutes I was on my way. Great service.

As always the service was excellent. Eric and Chris are both a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service skills are second to none. They keep you updated on your vehicles status as it’s being serviced. I’m a disabled senior citizen. When I arrive there they open doors for me and make my visit as safe as possible which I greatly appreciate. I could go to 4-5 other GMC dealerships that are much closer to me but I choose to return to Greater Lowell for their friendly and excellent customer service.

The service counter representative was so focus on GM giving me a free oil change. Did not listen to any of my service maintenance questions that was willing to pay if needed. I Didn’t leave satisfied.

I left my vehicle for an oil change and check engine light was on. The outcome was a $1300+ thermostat (ridiculous). From what I read it is a common problem with this model as well as several other problems such as vehicle not knowing it is in park when it actually is and the wheels peeling, 2019 GMC Arcadia Denali. The dealer took me home and picked me up when my vehicle was done. The very next day when I used my car there was a smell of antifreeze so I took it back and waited over an hour for them to tell me that everything was okay. I took it home and parked it in the garage only to smell antifreeze again! At this point I am going to drive it to see what happened!
