I made my appointment for an oil change / tire rotation / 21 point inspection on the Lowell GMC website. I got an e-mail confirming my appointment and I got 2 or 3 reminder e-mails for my appointment from the dealership. When I arrived for my appointment the service person could not find me (my appointment) on his computer. He told me that when you make the appointment on the dealership website that it doesn't transfer over to his computer system, which is a big problem. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. As a fan and customer of GMC I was very disappointed in this computer glitch. Please look into this and make the fix necessary. Thank you, Richard L. Sitcawich
I came in for an inspection and was told I needed wiper blades so I agreed to get them from your dealership figuring it would probably cost more being a dealer but I wouldn't have to come back. I had no idea you were going to charge me $77 for a set of front wipers and a rear wiper. I could have purchased wiper blades elsewhere for probably 1/3 of that or less and installed them myself in a matter of minutes. Needless to say, they had already installed them by the time I learned of the price. I left your dealership feeling ripped off. For that you get 1 star.
