I like the culture of this dealership. This is the third vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The reason I continue to do business with this dealership is the service department. Ray, Dave and the techs are really customer focused. Do a great job and strive to provide top notch service. The service department is friendly, dependable and competent.
The entire team is fantastic! They are very freindly and accomadating. They work with you to make sure you are happy and comfortable. They frequently offered drinks and snacks while we were waiting for a vehicle to be brought up to test drive. We were allowed to test drive multiple vehicles to finalize on the right vehicle with the right options that we wanted.
I had not received great service at other dealerships, however, Greater Lowell GMC was awesome! They really cared, saw me as soon as they could (which was within 2 days), and fixed my issue quickly. I recommend using Greater Lowell GMC to help other dealerships become better. Shout out to David, who was my main contact.
After dealing with a different GM dealership closer to my home, I had felt very pressured and miss lead. We happened upon Greater Lowell Buick after exploring my bothers new neighborhood and went in on a wim. Jacob was very friendly and answered all my questions. A phone call two days later from Jim, his manager sealed the deal. Love my new Buick Encore!
Very happy with my visit, like the fact that it was an employee / owner dealership that would work with me rather than a corporation and will only tell me that you don't qualify for any of the rebates...
Came in for an oil change and inspection sticker...job was completed on time and they had me back on the road in no time. The service guys at the front desk are always nice and it's nice to see your name on the white board when you enter! :)
Originally I had come in for service on a 10 year old Lucerne with a few inherited (and maybe some not) problems. After discussing what was wrong with the vehicle, and realizing that further service on it was likely not a good solution, Ray and Dave were amazing in connecting me to the dealership end of the business in the form of Calvin. Between Calvin, Artie, and Jim they had me in a new pre-owned vehicle in 24 hours. Much appreciation to all those involved.
